Brian Hercules, M.Ed
Founder-Owner
Brian Hercules offers a rare, 360-degree perspective on the world of
elite high school athletics, backed by over 30 years in youth education management and
16+ years specializing in high-impact event logistics.
Holding a Master’s
Degree in Education, Brian’s approach is rooted in the belief that a successful game day
is built long before the kickoff: it’s built on trust, rigorous due diligence, and a
mastery of the rules.
Brian’s expertise is defined by the multiple roles he has inhabited throughout his
career:
The Administrator: Having served as an Athletic Director and a collegiate
Event Director, Brian possesses an expert-level command of state sporting association rules
and regulations. He understands the heavy weight of an administrator’s due diligence and ensures
every host or travel arrangement exceeds the standards of safety and compliance. The Coach: As a former coach for teams that have both traveled and hosted,
Brian knows the true "ground-level" costs of a trip. He understands the delicate coordination
required to gain the support of parents and school boards, ensuring that every logistical
detail serves the team’s performance. The Parent: Having been a parent of a student-athlete on a travel team, Brian
recognizes the emotional and financial investment families make. He treats every roster as
if his own child were on the bus, prioritizing security and the quality of the student experience
above all else. The Athlete: As a former athlete who competed at a high level, Brian remembers
the life-changing excitement of facing national competition. He is driven to provide today’s
students with those same opportunities to showcase their skills for college scouts and create
lasting memories. Today, Brian leverages this comprehensive background to navigate the complexities of
"Mainland" travel and interstate coordination. He provides a steady hand and a veteran's
eye to ensure that for every school, coach, and family, the experience is seamless,
safe, and professional.
